To log in to the Insulia application, your smartphone must meet the following requirements:

  • Internet connectivity (3G, 4G or Wi-Fi)
  • Operating system version:
    • for iPhones (Apple): iOS 9 or higher;
    • for iPads (Apple):
      • iOS 9 to iOS 12;
      • iPadOS 13 or higher.
    • for Android smartphones and tablets: Android 5 or higher.

    • For Mac: Mac OS 10.7 or higher;
    • For iPhones (Apple): iOS 9 or higher;
    • For iPads (Apple):
      • iOS 9 to iOS 12;
      • iPad OS 13 or higher.
    • For Android smartphones and tablets: Android 5 or higher.
