Compatible smartphones (for patients only)

To log in to the Insulia application, your smartphone must meet the following requirements:

  • Internet connectivity (3G, 4G or Wi-Fi)
  • Operating system version:
    • for iOS (Apple): iOS 8 or later
    • for Android: Android 4.4 or later
  • Your smartphone must be one of the following brands: Apple, Asus, HTC, Huawei, LG, Motorola, Samsung or Sony Xperia.

For example, Insulia is compatible with all of the following smartphones if they are running one of the operating system versions listed above.

To log in to the Insulia portal, you must:

  • Own a device (computer or device) with an internet connection (3G, 4G or Wi-Fi)
  • Use one of the following web browsers: Chrome, EDGE, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari.
  • Operating system version:
    • For Windows: Windows 7 or later
    • For Mac: Mac OS 10.7 or later
    • For iOS: iOS 8 or later
    • For Android: Android 4.4 or later
